Abrites ZN066 Subaru Transponder Emulator

The Abrites ZN066 Subaru Transponder Emulator is built to work with Subaru H-type bladed (mechanical) keys in all-keys-lost situations.

It is the right device for anyone without a PROTAG — it connects directly to the AVDI to emulate a master key for Subaru vehicles, so no separate key programmer is needed.

It works in much the same way as the Toyota ZN039, but because of the specifics of Subaru immobilisers it was developed independently.

The emulator is designed to run with the Abrites Diagnostics for Subaru software. Note that the ZN066 only puts the vehicle into key programming mode — it cannot be used as a key. If you need something that can also serve as a spare key, the TA41 does both jobs, though it requires a PROTAG to programme.

What you need: an AVDI with an active annual subscription. Follow the Abrites Diagnostics for Subaru user manual when running the procedures.

Hardware warranty is one year from the date of purchase, covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
